Two of my colleagues and I from Microsoft Dynamics NAV User Education are hosting the following roundtable discussions during Convergence and would love for you to join us!
Session 1
NAV Help Customization Focus Group
Day: Wednesday, November 19
Time: 15:00-16:00
Location: Meeting Room 16
Description: In this roundtable discussion, we want your feedback on what works and what doesn’t work when customizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Help. What about the process causes you to curse? How can we make the process of creating Help easier? How could the Help Toolkit be more useful to you? What do your customers want from customized Help? We will also preview the new Help Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.
