Javascript error creating Navision Help files

I have been trying to create an help add-in to display additional process inforamtion in the help files using the help tookit. This is all working well except I keep getting a javascript error (see image) when opening any topic I have added. This appears to relate to the function to add the feedback link. Has anyone come across this and know any solution? I don't really mind not having the feedback link but can't work-out how to take this out either.

Any suggestiosn much apppreciated.
