We are considering using CRM as our support and knowledgebase.
But the search feature in "Cases" are ridiculous! I do not get any results no matter what I do.
Is there any add ons etc. for CRM, we can use, to be able to search in "Cases". I would like to search for content in "Notes" field for an example. Maybe Knowledge base Article as well.
