RIM toolkit 4.0 sp3?

I searched the internet about the RIM toolkit. But everytime it is related to NAV 5.0. Is it also usable in 4.0? I couldn't find it on the DVD.

Yes the RIM toolset works well in Version 4. You can download it from partnersource.
