Standard Cost Calculation & COGS A/c

Hi
By any chance NAV adds up the RM Cost again with Standard cost before it posts to the COGS a/c. My understanding is that it will just multiply the Standard Cost * Quantity to update the COGS a/c during sales invoice. (The standard cost is already inclusive of RM Cost + Process cost). If it again adds up RM cost, it will be misleading.
Can someone confirm this...
