how to Link between G/L Entry with value entry?

Dear Nav Masters.

I have a problems. I wan't to fix/update dimension value on T355 "Ledger Entry Dimension"
We're using Navision 5.
My problem is i cannot find a link from T17 "GL Entry" to the Item code so i can look for the dimension value and do the update with a Processing Report.
Previously in Nav 4.3 we can use Field 5802 "Value Entry No." on the G/L Entry table to link to value entry.

But how come in Nav 5 they remove this field?

Any suggestion to link my G/L Entry to find my item code?

The link is via table 5823 "G/L - Item Ledger Relation"
