migrate from NAV 4.0 SP2 to NAV 5.0 SP1 problem

In NAV 4.0 sp2 there is no Narration field available . So we create one field "Narration" in GLEntry table. After posting the narration from general journal will inserted into glentry table. This is working fine.we had also displayed the narration on reports.That is alo working fine.
In 5.0 sp1 there is facility of narration.
When we are trying to migrate the database from 4.0 sp2 to 5.0 sp1. How can I migrate my old narration data to new narration field which is available in 5.0.?
What can I do for this type of problems? ](*,)

Just see standard upgrade toolkit - before codeunit 1 move value to some temporary tables and after codeunit 2 move this value in new structure.
