Calculation error in Requisition Worksheet (Production/SKU)

I have the following problem in NAV 5.01 using the Requisition Worksheet.

Item is a Pizza, with two locations and SKU’s to go along.

Sales Location SKU’s:
Pizza, Transferred from Production Location, Policy = Order.
Pizza Crust, Purchased for Sales Location, Policy = None
Pizza Sauce, Purchased for Sales Location, Policy = None
Pizza Cheese, Purchased for Sales Location, Policy = None

Production Location SKU’s:
Pizza, Produces at Production Location, Policy = Order.
Pizza Crust, Transferred from Sales Location, Policy = Max, Reorder 10, Max 25
Pizza Sauce, Transferred from Sales Location, Policy = Max, Reorder 10, Max 25
Pizza Cheese, Transferred from Sales Location, Policy = Max, Reorder 10, Max 25

With no Purchase/Salesorders the Requisition Worksheet generates:
Pizza Crust, to be transferred from Sales Location, 25
Pizza Sauce, to be transferred from Sales Location, 25
Pizza Cheese, to be transferred from Sales Location, 25

Seems fine.

Problem occurs when I input a Salesorder, at the Sales Location for 10 Pizza’s:

Pizza, to be transferred from Production Location, 10
Pizza, to be produced at Production Location, 20 :?:
Pizza Crust, to be transferred from Sales Location, 25
Pizza Sauce, to be transferred from Sales Location, 25
Pizza Cheese, to be transferred from Sales Location, 25

I really don’t get the 20 Pizza’s to be produced, when I open the Order Tracking it shows a quantity of 20… But when I let it show the Requisition Line that shows the 10 I expect!!

Solution anyone? I've had a quick look for a hotfix/servicepack with no result.

TIA

Have you tried this in 5.0 without SP1?
The planning engine is rewritten in SP1 so it might be a bug.
