Creating certified PDF documents

For digital invoicing purposes a customer asked me if it were possible to create certified PDF documents (cPDF?). I have some expierence creating PDF documents through Navision but I have no idea how to create certified documents.
I have searched the internet and found some information on certified PDF, but nowhere I can find information on handling certified PDF documents through Navision.
Is there someone here who has expierence on the subject and can point me in the direction?
