N/ODBC NAV 5.01 Installation crashes Windows 2000 Server?

Has anyone heard of NAV5.01 ODBC totally crashing a Windows 2000 Server? My client kicked off the installation process and had to rebuild their server. Of course, now they've upgraded to Windows 2003 Server, but I'd like to know if there are any issues that anyone is aware of for future reference.
They were also running Citrix Presentation Server 10.2. Perhaps that caused the problem?

5.00 SP1 is not supported on Win2000. I would assume that goes for all the components of 5.00 SP1
