Virtual PC connection

I install a Virtual PC in my Desktop after the installation. I open Virtual PC Console From there i created two Virtual Machine on is srver and the other is client.
Server:
Install Window Server 2003
Setup a Domain
Install MS SQL Server 2003
MS Dynamic Navision 5.0 (C/SIDE Client for Microsoft Dynamics NAV(Complete))
Client:
Install Windows XP
Connect in the Domain
MS Dynamic Navision 5.0 (C/SIDE Client for Microsoft Dynamics NAV(Minimum))

Scenario:
I open "Microsoft SQL Server Option for the C/SIDE Client" in server. Available Microsoft SQL Server found in the list please attachment 1.0
I open "Microsoft SQL Server Option for the C/SIDE Client" in client. The server "SERVERINFOSOFT\SERVERINFOSOFT" is not appear in the "Available Microsoft SQL Server" list.
I try to ping the "SERVERINFOSOFT" in the client and it reply's see attachement 1.1
Question:
Is there something wrong abount in my setup thats why i having problem connecting to the server?

    If you are using Virtual PC, there is no virtual network by default. Read some documentation about Virtual PC and connecting two VPC together. I think that you will need to use Microsoft Loopback adapter on your PC...

    The thing is the server is replying everytime i ping it in the client. see attachment 1.1 in the above post.
