Reserve from production location

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the next case:

3 sales orders for the same item (Reservation is set to Optional, Order tracking policy = Tracking only), to be produced at the same date. Planning Worksheets MPS creates a suggestion for 1 production order, which is good.

At the Released Prod. Order, at line level I add a Bin Code.
Posting the output results in inventory with a warehouse entry with this Bin Code. Great.

Now we're creating a Warehouse Shipment holding some of these Sales Lines.
Next step is a Pick Worksheet based on the Warehouse Shipment.
From here we create a Pick.
I need the Pickline to hold the Bin Code that was entered in the Production Order Line.
But Navision seems to have it's own way of determining the Bin Code.

There may be items in Inventory in different Bin Codes, but I really need Navision to pick from the Bin Code in the Production Order Line that created the output for this Sales Line.

How can I get Navision to do this?

When you produce the output add a lotnr.

After this, go to each related salesorder line and, add this lotnr.

The pick will use the correct "Bin content".

Note:
if the warehouse shipment is made, you can not add this anymore..

Ps.
I'm don't know if this can be done automatically in NAV. If you produce something special for customer you would expect this to be picked. May be someone has an idea?
