Change focus between fields

Hi everybody,
can someone teach me how to change focus between fields in a form?
I know that I can use the attribute NexrControl, but i need to choose each time on what field place the focus.

Use the ACTIVATE command e.g. CurrForm."No.".ACTIVATE;
