HTML File content in email body

Hi!

My client has a specific requirement, He wants to send the contents of HTML file
as a email body instead of file attachment.

My client is using NAVSP3 Relationship Management. When he uses interaction template
to send email, it goes as a file attachment instead of email body.

any solution on this.

There is a fix for that, allthough I haven't had any reference material for it. Actually, it's only one line of code that has to be changed. I suggest you contact Micorosoft for that.

I talked (wrote) about this "bug" in my blog about "CRM Secrets", which you can find here.
Anyway, one way to solve it, is to at least put one merge field on the word doc. Else, apply the fix... .

Thanks a lot,This has solved my problem. \:D/

If you use NAV Interaction templates with merged fields in word, then contents of the
word file goes as an email body.

*While creating template we have use Attachment=>Create option.
