Axapta Web Deployment PROBLEM

I tried to this Axapta tool to deployment of Axapta through Internet. But I got a proplem to see/use the ActiveX-button on the client. If any one has gone through it please help me.
PS. if I install the AxWebDeploy.dll in the client computer I can see and use that button and it functions very well. BUT it doesn't make sense because the idea is the client doesn't need to have any to use it.
