License 'Merge' possible?

At the moment we have 2 databases, and of course a seperate License for each.
We are discontinuing use of one of the databases, and merging the companies in to the other database. At this point, our second license will become redundant.
Is it possible to 'merge' some granules from the retired license in to the one we are going to continue using? Stuff like extra sessions, NAS sessions and so on?
I'm expecting a resounding 'NO', but one can hope

Probably they will want you to be on BRL and have upgrade and maintenance paid up to date.
