Multicurrency Payments in Navision 5

Dear Friends,
I have a customer from whom i have received 1570 USD dollars as an excess payment.
Now after the negotiation with them it was finalised to pay them 1000 euros @ 1 Euro = 1.57 USD
My base currency is GBP and we are using Nav 5.00
How do i make this payment ?
