NAV 4.0 IN SP3 and Employee Portal

Hi,
I have successfully installed NAV DB server/Application server for NAV 4.0 Sp3 In Version. Now While installing the EMployee Portal Front end componenents from the Addional Interfaces from NAV CD Error is coming as Sharepoint services not installed. I have already installed all the required things as well as Sharepoint services 3.0...
Why the error then coming like this and I am unable to continue with the installation.
