Hi all,

I'm having trouble with install NAV client 4.00 SP3 CZ. I get these messages when the install process finishing (I tried to translate it from czech to english):

Cannot be registred library of types C:\..\NATHash.dll. Contact support.
Cannot be registred library of types C:\..\ROTAccess.dll Contact support.
Cannot be registred library of types C:\..\csarch.dll Contact support.
Cannot be registred library of types C:\..\comdlg32.ocx Contact support.
Cannot be registred library of types C:\..\CompNotes.exe Contact support.
Cannot be registred library of types C:\..\OLHandler.dll Contact support.

I tried to install the client on XP, Vista, 2003 server and 2008 server and the messages ware the same.

Can anybody help me?

Where you can see these errors? Aren't you using some batch to install the client?

I install NAV 4 SP3 CZ from Demo CD. I select cleint, czech language and own configuration (where I enable only Help). I get the errors step by step in message box when the install process finishing. I can see these errors in Event Viewern in part Application too.

    Thanks and regards

I never had such a problem. Do you have any other version installed on the PC when trying to install this version?

I have solved the problem. I had corrupted file probably during the download. When I unziped ISO file and burned out the CD, all looked good, but the installation trials ended with errors. I repeated download yesterday and installation is OK now.

    Thanks for your helps.
