You can still keep your VANs using Lanham EDI. Lanham EDI does not replace the use of VANs, it translates the EDI information received from VANs into Navision.
There are a lot of 3rd party EDI companies you can use. If the point of this project is NOT to integrate with Navision, then you're options are wide open.
