Can any one get me the guidelines of topics to be prepared for Development Examination II........... Should i also have to go through the Functional flows also...... gulde me
For Solution Development, or dev II, if you have the official MOC (manual), in there, there's a chapter review questions, containing about 30 questions that usually come back on the exam in some way. Also have a look at the test your knowledge questions after every chapter.
means......... simple Suppose for example if am posting a sales order........ wat tables are getting affected............ i do think ur getting me........ Simple example
In my opinion, for being a good developer, you need (at least) basic understanding of the functionality. In DEVII, you learn for example what's behind a posting routine. So yeah, you should know what a posting routine is, why one is posting something ... and what "something" is (invoice, order, shipment, receipt, ...).
If the question is: are they going to ask? Then my answer would be: I guess not. The only thing is, if you're a little bit familiar with NAV's funcionality, it will make studying DEVII much easier.
Again ... my opinion.
One tip: explore this topic, like reema suggested. It'll give you a good idea of which questions are asked... (I guess ... I never used it).
