Hi,
We are using Citrix module, Nav 3.7
One user in perticular location when tries to print sales invoice report it takes around 45 mins!! Preview is fast but only print is taking time.
He is able to print all other reports fast.
all the other users are able to print this sales invoice report fast except this one perticular person. any idea whats taking so long?? something to do with ZUP or STX files???

Most likely is driver problem. Is the Invoice printer the same as other printers?
Try updating to the latest drivers for that printer in the Citrix server or match the same version that is in use by the client.

Could be that the person is in location A, the citrix server in location B and the printer in location A?
This means the info for the printer goes from location B (citrix server) to location A (the printer) and if you have few bandwidth that can go SLOOOOOW!!!!!
The preview is fast because the info is generated on the citrix server and this one ONLY sends the info on the screen to location A.

Do you use for printing the printer own driver or the citrix universal printer driver.
These are mapped printers or are the printers direct on server configured?
