Hyperlink on Forms

Is there anyway to add a clickable hyperlink on a Form which will open a new internet browser window and go to a specified URL? I am using NAV 5.0

PS Opening in a new window or tab - I believe the browser has a setting that determine that.
PSS. if you change the properties of the command button
BackTransparent=YES
Border=No
Bitmap = 20 (optional
then it will not look like a button but rather a link.
