cancelled sales order

My want to know how many sales order s and purchase orders are getting cancelled every month .

So what is the solution . What is the functionality u implemented to know the cancelled sales/purchase orders?

U already impleted this as far as I know , so please provide solution.

How are you cancelling the order. Do you delete them , if yes then archive then and generate your report from there.
Another way can be to prepare a reports for actual sales v/s Orders booked based on expected shipment date (Customer Order wise) and display the records where there is a difference.
