Update the records

Hi All
Please tell me how can i update the two table mutually on the basis of primary key they share..
Like i have Two tables having DocNo common in both,If i am updating the records corresponding to the DocNo in one table same updates shld be seen automatically in the another table for corresponding DocNo.
