Installing a language in Navision

Does anyone have experience of installing a different country / language version of NAV ??
I have NAV 5.01 SP1 Czech version installed. You can swap from English to Czech language inside NAV from the Toolbar menu, but when you have Czech selected not all of the Czech characters are displaying correctly. I think this may be something to do with operating system / regional settings / code pages etc. and I’ve had a go at adding Czech language in there, but it’s not made any difference all suggestions welcome [-o<

The story was that when creating a Native database the client had to be switched to the local language... Mainly the problem was in CODE fields...
