Email logging using NAV and JOBQUEUE in Version 5.0

Hi,
Can you help i am desperately trying to get email logging working in Version 5.0 I have loaded all the new fobs etc and have the NAS running with the startup parameter JOBQUEUE and OSYNCH ( the outlook add-in works fine) I have set the folders for the emails to go to ..
However when i try to create an interaction of email it logs the interaction but wont show the email ...I am sure that this is not right as with previous versions this would start outlook client up and show the email related to the interaction ...
Is there something i have missed here ...All suggestions greatly welcomed ..
