NAV Sales / Growth Numbers?

Not the usual type of question. Does anyone know where I could find any of the following data:

Historical Navision sales / growth rates in terms of new customers and revenue
The same for other Dynamics products or other ERP systems like SAP and Sage
Market share for the major ERP systems

I've Googled and searched PartnerSource, but I'm sure I'm just not typing that exact phrase that they want. I can find all kinds of comparisons between them, just not that kind of data. I don't need them compiled into one place or anything, but any direction would be nice. I'd like to think this data exists somewhere.

I think best will be to search for some "Annual Report" or how it is named... (report of the company with summarization of previous fiscal year).
