Time is not correct after forumupgrade
After the upgrade of the forum-software it is possible that the time is not correct.
This is because you probably need to set an extra parameter in the UCP (User Control Panel): UCP=>Edit Global Settings=>"Summer Type/DST is in effect"=Yes.
