Configuring a second service (Navision 2.6)

How does one install a extra Navision (2.6) service?

I tried to install another instance of Navision 2.6 Server but the Setup program only gave two options ("Repair" and "Remove") none of which seem adequate. Does anyone know how to install two instances?

You can copy the directory where you installed the Navision server into a new one. Then delete the dbms.zup file. And finally you install the server "by hand". At a DOS-prompt, go into the new directory, and type:
server.exe servername=server2,database=database.fdb,nettype=tcp,installasservice.

You can start the service using the services-icon on the control panel, or at the DOS-prompt typing "net start server2".

Don't forget to update your Host and Service files on your clients as well!
