How to assign the RecRef Variable to Record Variable

Hi Exports,
i wrote the code in OnOpen form Trigger (List Form) using one RecRef and FieldRef variable. Using FieldRef variable i filter the one fileld with my required values but it is filter the values and it gives the Filter count is correct but it shows the all record in the list form. My problem is after filter using FieldRef i would like to assign the RecRef variable to Current Record. Is it possible to assign the RecRef to Record variable.
