Hi,
I have a problem. One of our clients have 5 User Licenses plus 1 free license with Basic G/L. So total 6 User Licenses.
But when i go to File --> Database --> Sessions Tab -->
I can see the following ---->
Current Sessions -- 6
Licensed Sessions -- 7
The system blocks me if more than 6 people try to login.
Can anyone please advice what Licensed Sessions 7 means to the customer?
Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks,
Vijay

Vijay

To get correct number of User-'Licensed Sessions' goto the menu Tools-Licensinformation and look for the lines 1200,1202,1250 and sum up the amount and you get 6

Following are the Granule IDs in the license file -
Granule Id --> 420 BRL Advanced Management Full Access Users --> 5
Granule Id --> 1,200 Session --> 1
So total 6 Licenses.
I cannot find Granule ID - 1202 and 1250.
Thanks...

If you buy 5 user sessions, your license will show 7 because:
1 is used for the database server
1 is used for NAS (should you choose to install it)
If you do not use NAS, 6 users will be able to log in concurrently.
