right justification in Navision

The line order is very interesting in the G/L account. If I filled 9A and 10A in the No. field, the 9A line will below 10A line. If I filled in 100A, then this line will be after 10A but before 9A.
Do a search in the development document, it seems caused by right justification.
Is anyone avaialable to explain what the "right justify" here is?

I suggest to create the gl accounts by the same number of values.
