¿Any sort of certification?

Hi,
I've been working with Navision for a few months.
It's quite cool and I'm learning it fast but I was wondering if there's any kind of certification you can apply for. I'm sure it is because in USA ad's it is mentioned but I'm not sure if anyone does it in EU. I have the JAVA Certificate experience, is it something like that? It has to be expended by Microsoft? How much does it cost?
