How we store a jpeg,jpg format image store in picture box

In Navision picture box supports only bmp format image
how we store other format such as jpg,jpeg in picture box

You answered your own question. NAV picture box only supports BMP's.

you can still store them in blobs if you wish.
a few third party apps that allow JPG in nav.
here's one i came up with - more out there

But it is better to store them somewhere on the disk. Lot's of pics can make the DB very big.
