contact card crash

Hi,

we have a user who creates a new contact.

but when they try to open the contact card form for newly created contact name then navision crashes on them.

we are on NAV 4 SP3.

it seems to only happen for one user ony.

If its for one user only, deleting his/her ZUP File may help.

tried that

also uninstalled/reinstalled nav on their machines...still to no avail.

Only one user with this problem.?How about if another user logins at the problem machine? DB-Login oder Windows-Login? Is there anything customized on the customer card?

Is there some error message? Or some event in event log?
