Job Schedular Setup

Hi,
I have an issue of closing the database, if the user is idle for 10 - 15 mins,
I have seen many topics on this issue, but can any one tell how to run the jobschedular?
I have created a batch job, which will delete the line in the Sessions Table. but i am not understanding how to setup this in the jobscheduler?
