Item Ledger Entry Document Date for Transfer

idiotidiot Member Posts: 651
Does anybody know how the Item Ledger Entry Document Date is populated for Transfers by Transfer Orders?

From the Item Ledger Entry the Transfer Receipts Document Date is earlier than the Transfer Shipments & this is affecting the Remaining Costs. What could be affecting this?

The "Document date" on item ledger entry is populated based on Posting Date of Transfer Order

For Transfer Shipments it's based on the Posting Date. However for Transfer Receipts the date can or ca be not the same as the Posting Date.

Same applies on the receipt. The document date is set to posting date.

There was modification, done in Item Jnl.-Post Line which explains why there isn't anything in TransferOrder-Post Receipt.
Not sure if I should reopen this for Item Aging recommendations......
