3.10 Changing Prepack Description

Does anyone know where I would change "Prepack Description" for an Item in 3.10?
One item someone wrote "Blacl" instead of black and another one someone wrote " Lime" with a space in front of it. Driving me crazy.
Can they be changed if we already have orders entered for them? They're brand new items, so the only thing we're entering right now are purchase orders.
