Synchronisation of Data from Outlook client to CRM Server

Hi All,
I am new to CRM 4.0, I am having small clarification. When ever CRM Synchronises data entered in offline outlook client to CRM Server, Is there any way to add validations during synchronisation.
I want to Validate Sales Quotes that entered in Outlook client offline with the CRM Server data when synchronisation happens.
Please let me know on this.
