Item transfer: not all quantity received

I create a transfer order as follows:
- Transfer-from code: A
- Trasnfer-to code: B
- In-transit code: C
- Item No: X
- Quantity: 100 units

Then I post the shipment of the 100 units.

When the item arrives to destination I only receive 95 untis (5 units lost) and I post a receipt for 95 units (of course).

How can I close de Transfer Order?

Fully receive the 5 quantity, then negative adjust it out in the new location.
