E-Mail on citrix

Hi Experts,

When I click on E-Mail button on the customer card, I am getting new outlook message window. It’s working perfect when I do on my local desk.

When I do the same thing on citrix, it’s not invoking any new window. Even it’s not giving any error message.
I able to open my mail box on citrix.

Can any body tell me what could be the problem?

    Do you have outlook installed on your citrix box?
