Hello, I am not well versed in SQL but have come into a situation where I need to do a backup and restore for a client running 5.0 with the SQL server option. Is there any documentation out there that can step me through the process of doing a backup/restore through SQL? Thanks in advance for the help.

Fastest way- open SQL management console, locate the NAV database, click with right mouse button, select backup... add where you want to create the backup and run it...
And if you look into on-line books, on MSDN or anywhere on internet, you will find tons of how to and manuals...0 -
Great, thank you!0
