ADCS Installation connecting with Hyper Terminal

I have configure ADCS.
but when i Connect it with Hyper Terminal, I got 1 Message "Unable to connect localhost to port 6666"
I have tried to change it by "regedit".
so how should i set Proper host & Port so i get welcome screen on Hyper Terminal.

Hello,

Instead of localhost put your machine internal IP address in 'Plugin ServerIP' registry key. The port is ok. Also, make sure the VT100 service is started.

If you continue having this issue, make sure that your firewall is allowing the connection. I know Windows Firewall was blocking on mine, and then my McAfee Groupshield also picked it up, because port 6666 is recognized as an IRC port, and it doesn't like that.
