Hello!!

I have a simple table -->Person (Fields: PersonID (Integer:Autonumeric), Name (Text:200)). But in the trigger OnINSERT: TESTFIELD(NAME)

A sample Page (LIST) maps to this table.

POST EDITED, NDA PROBLEM NO THANKS!!! :D

    1) Do not forget that still, the NAV 2009 is not public, and all what you know about it is under NDA if it was not published by MSFT previously.

    2) AS a partner, you are under the NDA with Microsoft, when using the CTP3

    3) Try to use Card Page instead List page, it is better...

NAV2009 CTP documentation(-ish), included with VPC is WRONG, but contains answer in same time.

PS: BTW, NAV2009 discussions ARE NOT under bloody NDA...

NAV CTP is labeled 'partner confidential'. As a mere employee YOU might not specifically signed any document, but as an employee you are bound by the one that your employer signed.

'partner confidential' bloddy well means NDA

I don't care. I see no signs what NAV2009 will be released in 2008.
And I'm too busy now to play with RTC.

Even (if) after it will be released NSCs will need 2-3 years to rewrite all existing customized functionality for RTC.

I'm not planning to stay with NAV for so long time...

please leave soon, and make space for people who have positive feedback.
Planning still looks like dec. 2008, no sings of postponing.

I will leave when I will leave. Neither sooner nor later. If MS will make some "wonder" (such as "unicode") in NAV then I will be honestly happy. If MS will improve performance then I will be happy too.

Now I have just too much work with NAV4/5. I have no time to "play". I have NAV6 CTP. And I have "very double" opinion about it. That's it.
I'm not pessimistic, I'm realistic. Things which supposed to be happen will happen, others will not.

Navision direct support people are off at NAV 2009 training which only makes sense it will be released soon.

    Hmmm... Good sign... :-k
Can you please report when they will be back and, what is mostly important, how much of them... :)

Is here any topic? Why should i use the Card Page instead of the List Page? I have no problems with the NAV WebService at all. Did you have a probelem?
