Navigation Pane Shortcut-Links to...?

For the examination MB7-226 I know that there is a question similar to this one:

In the Navigation Pane, what can users create shortcuts to?
A. forms and reports in the program
B.specific records in the database
C.table
D.websites

They say that the correct one are A,B,D

For me the correct are A and C. C is possible because I tried it directly in the system.
I don't know how to make shortcut to specific records in the database and to websites. Is that possible? How?

C is not possible for an end user

also possible: ShortCut Menu -> right Mouse -> Create Shortcut -> Input an URL in first textfield like :http://www.mibuso.de

B: Also possible, but is based on a form. So Open some form like "Customer card". Select a record. Then, File -> Send to -> Link to shortcut
