It is likely that what I am going to ask is nonsense, but ...
Is there any way to recover the calve of a BD which after some time without using not remember?
If you're talking about recovering a username/password in NAV, this can't be done. The only option is to erase the password and replace it with something generic, have the user log in with the new password, and immediately change it to something more secure.
The only time this becomes a pain is if a superuser loses their password.
In general (with very few exceptions) there should be at least two people at each site with superuser access. This keeps this from being irreparable (sp?) and also your NAV partner (vendor) should have a login/password on your machine that they can use to access it should something go horribly wrong.
If you make this a standard procedure for implementations, three different parties have to forget their password to cause significant problems. This isn't likely to happen... (100 implementations here and I've never seen it)

Hope this helps.
