Missing Reservation Entries on Transfer Orders

Hi All,

We have a weird problem in regards to requisition management and transfers orders with missing reservation entries.

NAV 5.0 SP1 W1 Version - Same error occurs in Cronus

Item A - Specific Cost - Serial Number Tracking

Stockkeeping Unit - Green = Planning, Lot-for-Lot, Replenish with Purchase Order, Inventory 5

Stockkeeping Unit - Blue = Planning, Lot-for-Lot, Replenish with Transfer Order from Green, Inventory 0

Current Transfer Order - Ship 5 of Item A from Green to Blue Location on 01/08/08, Item Tracking has been defined for shipment and transferred to receipt item tracking lines as well

Current Sales Order - 5 of Item A from Location Blue - Order Date 15/08/08

Now for the problem, when running the requisition worksheet for
Item A from Start Date 10/08/08 to End Date 20/08/08 the system does the following
* Ignores Current Transfer Order - and deletes the item tracking for the receipt portion for the reservation table.
* Creates a new transfer order to transfer stock from Location Green to Blue for 5 X Item A
* Creates a new Purchase Order for Location Green 5 X ItemA

So in conclusion, it totaly ignores transfer order that has been partialy shipped and received

You can bypass the problem by backdating your start date to the 01/08/08 to ensure the shipment portion of the transfer is taken into account, but that defeats the objective in my opinion.

Any ideas on how to resolve this or bypass would be greatly appreciated.
