Double Clicking Item shortcut twice - bug

I'm sending a shortcut to desktop of a particular Item Card. When clicking on this shortcut, Navision 4.0 is opened. Users need to click on this shortcut again in order to open that particular item card.
Other clients with Navision 3.6 and 5.0 utilise this feature without problems. Anyone has any help or fixes to sort this issue?
