Server Installation

Hi Guys,
I got a Problem with the Server Installation.This is the First time getting problem with the Navision Server Installation.I tried to Install on Win NT System.The problem is like this,On server we have Win Proxy,Photo Copy Xerox ,On the same system i tried to install Navision Server but i couldn't. I got the following Error message.
Error 1406. Could not write value CACHE to key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \System\CurrrentControlset\Services\SERVER . Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support Personel.
